The Family house is situated alongside the Pai river with good views. The rooms were clean and the 'family' who manage the house are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was very welcoming after a day of travel and sightseeing. Highly recommended.

The directions took us to the Family Hut which we assumed was not the correct place, but after a telephone call, someone came and found us and the Family Hut was the Family House. We suggest the signs are updated to the new name.

We like the room because it was very clean,convenient with a lot of privacy.Also the location near the river was good.

Very difficult to find the resort!

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel by the river. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling Walking Street but without the noise. The pool and garden area were well-maintained and provided a comfortable and serene environment. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were attentive and the daily maid service ensured a clean and comfortable room. I also loved the ambient music playing in the breakfast area, which complemented the beautiful landscape. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Appreciated a sensational and great breakfast with yoghurt & muesli. Location: the hotel was next to the nice cafe overlooking the river which was cool, the river and amazing garden and beautiful gardens & views of the river. Free Wi-Fi was strong and the service was excellent.

The units are attractively furnished, tidy. It includes central heating, tea and coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV. The location is stunning, 1 km from Pai River. The staff is excellent and efficient, as well as owner.

Family House @ Pai Pai offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and great location by the river. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the rooms have good air conditioning with comfortable beds. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a variety of items including yogurt and muesli.

No significant improvements needed. All was satisfactory.

A safety deposit box would have been good, and also a fridge as the hotel barsguts at 7. Other than that it was perfect best place in pai by a mile

Brand new complex with a saline pool,looks out over the river and towards the mountains. Easy walking to bus station, markets, and many food outlets. Staff very friendly, and speak english well.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the center of town and the walking street, but just far enough away to avoid all the noise. the rooms are bright and modern with a simple local decor. the staff is friendly and very helpful, always willing to assist with any needs. the property offers a relaxing seating area with spectacular views in a peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel lacks certain facilities such as a fridge or safe in the room, which are common amenities in similar hotels.

Lovely little resort with just a few bungalows set around well kept garden and small pool. Owner extremely friendly. Room was immaculately clean and comfortable.

The only negative was there no fridge which could easily have been tucked away under shelving by the bathroom door.

This place is fantastic. The owner and her staff are amazing, they are so friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is extremely clean and well looked after. Family House is on the river with mountain views, and is centrally located in Pai, but secluded for peace and quiet. We will recommend friends to stay, and we hope to be back one day.
